What is the RIDEANDRACE custom training plan and how does it differ from the coaching program?

​

The coaching program is highly individualised and provides close collaboration, accountability, adjustments, monitoring, in-depth analysis, feedback, and other personalised support.

 

In contrast, the RIDEANDRACE custom training plan does not include the coaching program components. â€‹Instead, it is designed specifically for you, based on data collection through a training questionnaire, testing, and, if available, analysis of training files. Built from the ground up, it aligns with your unique physiology, goals, and preferences, and provides personalised structure and detailed, goal-oriented guidance to help you confidently manage your training.

 

Although the custom training plan allows for independent training, support is available via email or WhatsApp text for any questions or clarifications. Response times may vary, but help is always available!

  • Comprehensive assessment followed by a detailed custom training plan to meet your unique training needs. Training is planned in a *minimum of 8 week blocks, and includes individualised overload, progression, recovery and training specificity. 

  • Review and training updates provided before the end of the *block.

  • Workouts have a detailed description.

  • General nutritional, hydration, strength and flexibility guidance to improve the quality of your workouts.

  • Daily email with workout details, downloadable workouts, and auto-sync integration between popular fitness apps and devices.

  • Supportive environment maintained via email or WhatsApp text.

  • Response time is within 24 hours.

  • Custom plan price - R2000 per 8 week plan.
